The signs have been there all along. Not physical signs announcing a planned demolition, but the signs of disrepair and neglect which have slowly consumed this once proud monument to the City of Waterbury and its faithful citizens. While historic preservation efforts are too late for this beautiful structure, there are lessons that can be learned to help the community work with owners of other historically significant sites.

Thanks for your interest in Trinity Church.Video of the demolition is difficult to watch, but one can appreciate the workmanship and skill required in the late 1800s to create such an inspiring building.
